Quality Assurance Manager (QAM)
Prime Aviation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to join our team. If you are passionate about aviation and have a solid background in quality assurance within the aviation industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔️Oversee and manage all quality assurance processes in compliance with aviation standards.
✔️Ensure compliance with part 147 part 66 and part 145 requirements for training and certification
✔️Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s quality management system.
✔️Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high safety and quality standards.
✔️Liaise with regulatory authorities, ensuring all certifications and approvals are up to date.
✔️Provide training and guidance on quality assurance processes to the team.
Requirements:
✔️Experience in Part 145 / 147
✔️And similar industry experience will be an added advantage.
✔️Or holding an Aviation degree.
✔️Strong understanding of aviation regulations and compliance standards.
✔️Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
✔️Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Training Manager
Prime Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to lead our training programs and ensure compliance with industry standards. If you have a strong background in aviation training and a passion for developing talent, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔️Oversee and manage all training activities in compliance with aviation standards and regulations.
✔️Ensure compliance with Part 145 and Part 147 requirements for training and certification.
✔️Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for all personnel.
✔️Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure training aligns with current industry practices.
✔️Track and assess the progress and effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments where necessary.
✔️Ensure training documentation and records are maintained accurately.
Requirements:
